Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 10 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact and included.
  • Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.

How to Return Your Items

  1. Request a Return Authorization
    Please contact our customer service team at styleonlux@gmail.com to initiate your return. You will need to provide your order number and the items you wish to return.

  2. Prepare Your Return Package
    Pack the items securely in the original packaging, including all original tags and receipts. Ensure that the items are properly protected to avoid any damage during shipping.

  3. Return Shipping
    You will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item or size). Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  4. Send Your Return
    Ship the return to the address provided in your return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of processing your return. Please note, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at styleonlux@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.
